Sałatka śledziowa z jajkiem i pieczonym burakiem
Pyszna i prosta w przygotowaniu sałatka. Śledź w towarzystwie pieczonych buraków i jajek, w koperkowym sosie majonezowo-jogurtowym. Do tego przepisu wyjątkowo użyłam buraki chioggia, które są trochę delikatniejsze i bardziej słodkie w smaku od zwykłych. Ale jeśli nie macie dostępu do tej odmiany, to z powodzeniem możecie wykorzystać buraki czerwone.

- ok. 300 g - burak (chioggia lub zwykły ćwikłowy)
- 1 łyżeczka - olej ryżowy
- 3 małe - jajko
- 3 sztuki - filet śledziowy w oleju
- 4 łyżki - jogurt naturalny (gęsty)
- 3 łyżki - majonez
- 3-4 łyżki - koperek (posiekany)
- ilość wg uznania - pieprz biały
- ilość wg uznania - sól himalajska

Sposób przygotowania
- Piekarnik rozgrzej do temperatury 180 st. C (z termoobiegiem). Buraki obierz, pokrój w talarki a potem w ćwiartki. Przełóż na blaszkę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia. Skrop olejem i posól. Piecz ok. 25 minut.
- W międzyczasie ugotuj jajka na twardo. Następnie ostudź, obierz i pokrój w dużą kostkę.
- Filety śledziowe odsącz z oleju (polecam użyć papierowe ręczniki kuchenne). Pokrój w paski.
- W kubeczku wymieszaj: jogurt, majonez, koperek i pieprz biały.
- W miseczce wymieszaj: śledzie, jajka i buraki. Polej sosem. Bon appetit!
