Jak dobrze rozpocząć dzień? Najlepiej pozytywnie i smacznie! 🙂 Może z pysznymi placuszkami czekoladowo-bananowymi? W wersji fit – bez białego cukru, laktozy i glutenu. Takie pancakes nie tylko są zdrowe i sycące ale też szybkie w przygotowaniu. Zapraszam do przepisu!

- 2 płaskie łyżki - mąka kokosowa
- 2 płaskie łyżki - mąka jaglana
- 1 płaska łyżka - budyń waniliowy bez cukru
- 1/2 łyżeczki - kakao
- 1/2 łyżeczki - proszek do pieczenia (bezglutenowy)
- 1/2 łyżeczki - ksylitol
- 1 sztuka - jajko (oddzielnie żółtko i białko)
- 5-6 łyżek - mleko roślinne (użyłam ryżowe)
- 1/2 średniego - banan ok. 75g
- szczypta - sól himalajska
- 1 łyżeczka - olej kokosowy
- miód naturalny (opcjonalnie)
Składniki

Sposób przygotowania
- W miseczce wymieszaj mąkę kokosową, jaglaną, budyń, kakao, proszek do pieczenia i ksylitol. Dodaj żółtko, mleko i dokładnie rozgniecionego banana. Wymieszaj.
- W drugiej miseczce ubij białko (ze szczyptą soli) na sztywną pianę. Przełóż pianę do masy jajecznej i wymieszaj łyżką. Delikatnie, tak aby piana nie opadła.
- Na patelni rozgrzej olej kokosowy. Za pomocą łyżki nakładaj niewielkie placuszki. Smaż pod przykryciem ok. 4-5 minut na średnim ogniu, następnie odwróć i smaż kolejne 3 minuty (pod przykryciem). Podawaj z ulubionymi owocami i polane płynnym miodem naturalnym.
