Kutia z ryżem
Kutia to chyba jedna z najpopularniejszych słodkich potraw wigilijnych. Tradycyjnie przygotowywana jest z ziaren pszenicy z makiem i bakaliami. A ja mam dla Was wersję bezglutenową – z ryżem. I jest to kutia według mnie smaczniejsza i o wiele szybsza w przygotowaniu, pod warunkiem, że posiadasz suchy mak mielony.

Składniki
- 120 g - ryż (waga po ugotowaniu)
- 100 g - mak suchy mielony (niebieski)
- garść - rodzynki
- 3-4 sztuki - daktyl suszony
- 6-7 sztuk - morela suszona
- 3-4 sztuki - figa suszona
- garść - żurawina suszona
- ok. 50 ml - rum
- 50 g - orzech włoski
- 50 g - migdał
- 6-7 łyżek - miód naturalny (płynny)
- 1 łyżeczka - sok z cytryny
Składniki

Sposób przygotowania
- Ugotuj ryż na SYPKO z odrobiną soli.
- Mak MIELONY wrzuć do rondelka, zalej wrzątkiem, zagotuj i zestaw z ognia. Odstaw aż ostygnie (na ok. 2h).
- Rodzynki wrzuć do miseczki i zalej wrzątkiem. Po kilku minutach odcedź.
- Do osobnej miseczki wrzuć: odcedzone rodzynki, pokrojone daktyle, morele i figi oraz żurawinę. Zalej rumem. Odstaw na tak długo jak długo będzie stygł mak.
- Orzechy włoskie i migdały posiekaj. Wrzuć je na rozgrzaną suchą patelnię i praż cały czas mieszając kilka minut. Uważaj, żeby ich nie przypalić.
- Mak odcedź na sicie lub gazie/ręczniku kuchennym. Wyciśnij bardzo dokładnie całą wodę. Odsącz również dokładnie owoce (nie wylewaj pozostałego rumu, można go dodać później do kutii wg uznania). Ryż połącz z makiem, dodaj miód i sok z cytryny. Wymieszaj. Dodaj suszone owoce, orzechy i migdały. Dokładnie wymieszaj. Przełóż do ozdobnej miseczki, udekoruj cząstkami mandarynki i paseczkami suszonej moreli. Gotowe! Przed podaniem koniecznie schłodź w lodówce kilka godzin.
