Krupnik to pyszna polska zupa, tradycyjnie przyrządzana z drobną kaszą jęczmienną lub ryżem oraz suszonymi grzybami. Jednak ja zdecydowanie wolę ją z pęczakiem i koniecznie z pieczarkami, które nadają jej niezwykłego aromatu. Taka zupka jest bardzo prosta w przygotowaniu. Pyszna, gęsta, sycąca i rozgrzewająca. - ilość wg uznania - sól himalajska
- 2 sztuki - liść laurowy
- 5 ziarenek - ziele angielskie
- 3 ziarenka - pieprz czarny
- 400 g - udka z kurczaków
- 120 g - pęczak
- ok. 8 cm - por
- 200 g - marchewka
- 100 g - pietruszka
- 100 g - seler
- 350 g - ziemniak
- 200 g - pieczarki
- natka pietruszki

Sposób przygotowania
- Do garnka wlej wodę, dodaj sól, listki laurowe, ziele angielskie i pieprz czarny. Dodaj umyte udka kurczaków (u mnie były bez kości i bez skóry). Gotuj ok. 15 minut. Od czasu do czasu zbieraj i wyrzucaj zbierającą się pianę. Następnie dodaj umytą kaszę pęczak. Gotuj kolejne 10 minut.
- Po tym czasie dodaj pora (w całości) oraz pokrojone: marchewki, pietruszkę i seler. Gotuj następne 10 minut. Potem dodaj pokrojone w kostkę ziemniaki. Gotuj kolejne 15-20 minut do miękkości ziemniaków. Pod koniec gotowania dodaj obrane i pokrojone pieczarki oraz natkę pietruszki. Gotuj ok. 4 minut. Dopraw solą i pieprzem. Gotowe!
