- 100 ml - woda
- 1 łyżeczka - sos sojowy
- 1/2 łyżeczki - cukier trzcinowy
- 1/2 łyżeczki - pieprz czarny
- 1/4 łyżeczki - kminek mielony (lub 1/2 łyżeczki całych nasion)
- 2 szczypty - ziele angielskie mielone (*)
- 2 szczypty - pieprz cayenne
- 1 szczypta - liść laurowy mielony (*)
- ilość wg uznania - sól himalajska

Sposób przygotowania
- Rozmroź prawdziwki. Kapustę kiszoną (nie kupuj kwaszonej) wrzuć na sitko i przelej filtrowaną wodą. Jeśli kapusta jest bardzo kwaśna czynność powtórz. Jeśli jest mało kwaśna - to pomiń. Odsącz kapustę z wody i posiekaj wedle uznania.
- Na patelni rozgrzej olej, wrzuć posiekaną w kostkę cebulę i zeszklij. Dodaj posiekane i rozmrożone prawdziwki. Duś na średnim ogniu ok. 20 minut, od czasu do czasu mieszaj, żeby nie przywarły do dna. Następnie dorzuć posiekaną kiszoną kapustę, suszoną żurawinę i pocięte w paski suszone śliwki. Wlej wino i wodę,zagotuj. Dodaj wszystkie przyprawy. Duś kolejne 20 minut, od czasu do czasu mieszając. Jeśli będzie taka potrzeba można ewentualnie dolać trochę więcej wody.
